"I put something of all the evil women I've ever known into Cruella," said Marc Davis, who designed the character from the Disney classic at the time.
Chosen by Radchenko as the protagonist of this work, she leads a pink revolution in step with the times. But this time, her fur is faux, thanks to a trick by the artist who inserted a pin with the word "fake." A charismatic figure full of energy, yet also dangerous and unrestrained, Cruella represents a strong and determined woman who symbolizes freedom of expression, action, and thought. Rebellious, nonconformist, glamorous, and with the courage to embrace diversity, she can be considered a new feminist and pop culture icon.

For this series, she chooses to work on raw canvas, tackling it entirely by hand, challenging her now confident and instinctive style, as if to recall the dawn of matter and approach conceptual truth. She deliberately forgoes the collage technique, which has been one of her most recognisable traits for years.
